What is Diamond Blade?

The diamond cutting blade comprises a substrate and a knife body. The substrate is provided with a convex leng along the outer edge of the disc, and the convex leng is distributed with a number of dovetail grooves along the circumference. An inverted dovetail convex wedge is provided between the two adjacent dovetail grooves, and a reinforcing rib is provided between the root of the convex leng and the bottom of a number of grooves. The knife body is pressed and sintered and firmly connected to the convex leng composed of dovetail grooves, dovetail convex wedges and reinforcing ribs.

Characteristics, the present invention adopts the above-mentioned structural form, when the knife body is pressed and sintered on the convex leng, the knife body can not only fix the knife body to the substrate through the reverse buckle function of the dovetail groove, but also use the combination of dovetail convex wedges and reinforcing ribs on both sides and the side walls of the knife body ring groove to increase the fixing surface of the knife body and the substrate, thereby realizing the firmness of the connection between the knife body and the substrate and the reliability of use.
