Little knowledge of electric wrench

Electric wrenches have two structural types, safety clutch type and impact type.
The safety clutch type is a type of structure that uses a safety clutch mechanism that is tripped when a certain torque is reached to complete the assembly and disassembly of the threaded parts; the impact type is the structure type that uses an impact mechanism to complete the assembly and disassembly of the threaded parts with its impact moment. The former is generally only suitable for the manufacture of electric wrenches of M8mm and below due to its simple structure, small output torque, and certain reaction torque; the latter has a more complex structure and high manufacturing process requirements, but its output torque is large, and the reaction torque is very small, generally suitable for the manufacture of larger electric wrenches.
The impact electric wrench is composed of a motor, a planetary gear reducer, a ball screw groove impact mechanism, a forward and reverse power switch, a power coupling device, and a motorized sleeve.

Impact electric wrenches are divided into single-phase series electric wrenches and three-phase electric wrenches according to the type of motor selected.
The motor of a single-phase series excitation electric wrench is installed in a plastic housing. The plastic shell is not only used as a structural part to support the motor, but also as an additional insulation for the motor stator.Since the impact electric wrench is assembling or disassembling threaded parts, there is a large axial tension between the end face of the plastic housing of the motor of the device and the plastic front housing of the planetary gear reducer and the ball screw groove impact mechanism of the device, and the planetary gear reducer requires high assembly accuracy. Therefore, metal inserts are provided at the stops, bearing chambers and threaded joints of the plastic housing to enhance the rigidity of the housing, improve the machining accuracy of the plastic housing and the ability of the joints to withstand axial forces.

Precautions for the use of electric wrenches
1) Before the tool is powered on, you need to check that the switch is disconnected before it can be inserted.
2) Confirm whether the power supply connected to the site matches the voltage required by the electric wrench, and whether there is a leakage protector connected.
3) Choose a matching sleeve according to the size of the nut and install it properly.
4) The voltage is too high and too low to be used.
5) Do not use simplified Chinese as a hammering tool.
6) Do not add a set of rods or crowbars to the hand rocker to increase the force.
7) The metal housing of the electric wrench needs to be reliably grounded.
8) Check the fastening of the screws installed on the body of the electric wrench. If the screws are found to be loose, they need to be tightened again immediately.
9) Check whether the handles on both sides of the hand-held electric wrench are intact and whether the installation is firm.
10) Measures should be taken to prevent falling from a height when standing on a ladder or working at a high altitude.
11) If the workplace is away from the power supply and the cable needs to be extended, it is necessary to use an extension cable with sufficient capacity and qualified installation.
